環境太好了，特別安靜 真的很適合自己放空，情侶出遊，隨處一拍就很出片，我本來訂的小房間，因為有人團建，就給我升級了大的房間 環境太美了，服務態度也很好哦，旁邊還有咖啡廳和茶室，真的也很適合團建，超級推薦，老闆還送了桃酥，真的很不錯哦

作為重慶南山老牌的民宿，鑒寬山房環境很不錯，處南山幽靜之地的香樟林中，景觀設計精緻且野趣盎然，建築與環境融為一體，很有萊特流水別墅的意境。
不過，服務方面並不是太理想：前面的客人推遲退房，酒店未提前通知，我們一家人從下午二點左右等了近二個小時才成功入住；生態太好，以至於房間裏常有臭蟲和蚊子出沒，深夜還有老鼠在榻榻米下啃木頭；房間很多地方都有灰塵，白色紗幔上污跡斑斑，漱口杯的污漬讓人噁心，衞生狀況與八百多的房價太不相襯；衞生間排水系統有問題，浴缸排水直接淹沒了整個衞生間，工作人員第二天下午來檢查以後説修不了，只是多留了兩條地墊毛巾給我們；我們房間頂部是旁邊一個茶室的露台，不時有各種腳步聲在頭頂“咚咚”響起；房間周圍有多個茶室，白天睡午覺時被各種麻將聲、打牌聲、孩子的嬉鬧聲、茶客的暢談聲、背景音樂環繞着，真的是很熱鬧。

民宿環境超好，很適合上山放鬆gap一下，好朋友玩玩桌遊打打麻將喝喝咖啡，一天就舒舒服服過去咯。店裡還有好多小貓小狗，都超級親人。服務也超級好！！唯一就是房間要是能搞個投影就更好了哈哈哈哈哈，夜貓子晚上沒得娛樂活動又睡不着
