有的設施需要修復，當時洗澡的時候淋浴玻璃門關不上，而且空調效果不好

第二次住了，房間太小了，床衹有 1.5，隔音超級差，隔壁和走廊説話聽得一清二楚，有一説一，酒店外面環境不錯，泡温泉也可，應該不會再去了，訂的温泉 spa 房晚上 9 點以後才有水，開始沒有等到 10 點 放出來的水超小還是冷的，總之不滿意

剛開始時定的322雙床房，1、入住時叫前台安排保潔阿姨到房間內清洗一下温泉池，結果保潔僅僅是用用過的掃把掃了一下，未進行任何的消毒殺菌行為2、不是第一次來天賜泡温泉、房內未擺放菜單不説，因為找不到拖鞋，叫保潔阿姨那一雙新的來，一個保潔推另一個，最後也沒有帶來，3.後來因為還有兩個朋友來，就升級了1600的套房，上面標示四人入住，但衹送兩張温泉票，房內也沒有任何水果或其他服務，沒有陽台，這個價格不如定兩間大床房，還不需要額外買温泉票，且環境要好得多
