Oriental Tea Haven

The owner has lovingly created a new Chinese-style paradise nestled in a lush river valley. It features a guesthouse, a teahouse, a hot pot restaurant, and even a small hiking trail. The rooms are all suites, beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The service was excellent, and the bespectacled front desk guy was very professional and attentive. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing!

Positives: 1. The facilities are good, and the rooms are spacious. While most B&Bs are 30-40 square meters, the minimum here is 70+ square meters. 2. The front desk lady and the manager were very helpful. 3. The room type was upgraded free of charge, and the manager handled a minor incident during check-in very well. Suggestions for Improvement: 1. A doorbell could be installed at the door (because the room is so large and the bed is at the back, knocking on the door is difficult to hear). 2. A temporary storage area could be provided at the door so that people don't have to leave their belongings on the floor. (Given the beautiful environment, there are bound to be bugs and ants, so household items are fine, but food still needs some attention.) 3. The guest liaison position needs a warm, friendly, and flexible staff member to enhance the overall guest experience. It can be said that these issues can almost all be attributed to communication issues. If this aspect is addressed, this hotel will receive a full five-star rating.

這家山野民宿在環境靜謐與拍照出片上表現尤為突出。民宿隱於羣山環抱之中，遠離車流喧囂，環境安靜，被綠植環繞，雙層隔音玻璃有效隔絕外界聲響，適合睡眠輕的客人。名宿茶文化氛圍很好。
