Highly recommended for anyone attending a concert! I compared several hotels, and while the All Seasons was a bit more expensive, I personally think it's excellent value! The location is conveniently located in a shopping mall with well-equipped surroundings, just a ten-minute taxi ride away. The lobby is grand, the aroma is pleasant, and the ambiance is elegant. While the floor is a little high, there are three elevators (one dedicated to the All Seasons hotel). Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were courteous, professional, attentive, and helpful, even providing weather updates. The room was clean and tidy, with soft, warm lighting. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, a shower with both an overhead and handheld showerhead, and a smart toilet. The sink was clean and spacious, and the mirror had soft lighting, perfect for photos. The room was spacious and the layout was standard. The bed was large, and the mattress wasn't overly soft, which I found comfortable. The bed was clean, with no hair or other debris. The window offered a view of Chongqing's cityscape, with Qingshan and the light rail visible in the distance. We arrived at the restaurant a little after 8:00 PM, so it wasn't crowded. The restaurant was spacious and clean, with a slightly vibrant color scheme and plenty of seating. Breakfast was quite varied, and the soy milk was delicious! The aroma is rich and mellow! The front desk service is very considerate. Because I slept too late the night before, I called to ask if I could check out later so I could catch up on my nap. The front desk lady also agreed to a late check-out based on the situation. It was great! It continued the good mood after watching the concert 😊

I came to Chongqing to watch a concert and booked the Four Seasons Hotel because I saw it was suitable. Chain hotels are more reassuring, clean and comfortable, and the overall feeling is very good. I will choose to stay here again if I have the chance next time.

The room was spotless, odor-free, and the bedding was comfortable; simply lying down for a while was incredibly relaxing. The staff was quick and friendly throughout the process, with no delays. Although it was an hourly room, the details were spotless, like neatly arranged toiletries and the air conditioning set to the perfect temperature. This hotel is truly reliable for a quick break on a short trip, and I'll definitely choose it again.
