跟朋友一起帶孩子到融創冰雪世界玩，看到這家維也納是新開的就果斷訂了房間。果然還是新開的酒店比較舒適，很乾凈，設施也都很新，房間裏該配備的東西都很齊全。退房的時候小朋友玩具落在房間了，工作人員很貼心的幫忙收起來了，辦入住和退房的時候前台妹妹都是笑臉相迎，很贊👍

衞生：衞生特別好，不得不説很乾凈整潔，給我很舒心！
環境：很温馨，一個字總結就是 好好好好好！
服務：從前台到客房服務這塊都還是很不錯的 很熱情！
設施：這個沙發軟軟的，坐着很舒服，房間還有個影音連接藍牙，聲音不大不小剛剛好，晚上習慣了聽音樂睡覺，剛好能治我的失眠！ 總之就是很滿意的一次體驗 ，我很喜歡，也很推薦大家可以嘗試來住一下感覺是不一樣的！

我是出來找朋友玩 然後看到的一個酒店 首先裝修給我的感覺就是讓我第一首選 特別温馨
首先説一下位置 可能從輕軌站過來不太方便 打車過來的十來分鐘其實也還好
設施：設施比較齊全 要了一個一次性刮鬍刀 還是機器人送上來的感覺很方便呢
衞生：這塊來説相對差一點 其他都很好唯一一點就是進去的時候地上有點濕有點滑 當然不排除可能是房間才打掃出來也辛苦各位打掃的阿姨們了
環境：這個就不用説了我很喜歡這個環境 首先是偏黃色系的裝修風格 燈光一開就很温馨 讓我感到很放鬆特別是邊聽音樂邊躺着的時候特別放鬆
服務：哇這個服務是我很喜歡的 從前台辦理入住開始 小姐姐的微笑好甜 還很熱情很有禮貌 真的好暖心 ☺️ 然後到上電梯有個掃地的大姐也很熱情禮貌 整個從來到入住都是非常好的一次體驗 下次還會來的
