房間是在小區裏面，進去還有一段路程。想上電梯需要先到負一樓保安亭拿電梯卡，且沒有較為明確的路線指引，對於初來乍到的房客來説，有點懵。建議商家可以錄一個路線指引視頻或者發一個保安亭定位，不然對於方向感一般的房客來説不太友好（我自認為我方向感還可以）。
