Found hair on bed upon check-in... and the toilet smells of sewage (very unpleasant!), smart toilet's auto bidet not workinflg, shower pressure not good.
Mini-bar says items for 1st use is free but the fridge is empty and there isn't any coffee/tea provided... only 2 small bottles of water and 2 mugs (not even any drinking glass or spoons etc.)
The room is decorated nicely and the surrounding environment looks nice enough. However, sadly the place looks like it is poorly maintained and as the rooms are located at distance away from the main entrance, a buggy has to send us to the room and then we have to walk down several flight of stairs with our luggage (only 1 driver will help with 1 luggage so we had to lug the other luggage on our own).. overall wouldn't recommend to stay here.
