總的來説，可以接受，但離優秀有一段距離，特別是服務方面，無論前台還是路過碰面，沒有熱情那種感覺，都是擠出來的微笑，令人感覺不太好。我們剛好從南昌過去，南昌香格里拉的服務明顯好很多，特別那種打招呼的感覺令人很舒心很舒服。
