房間比較乾淨，南山上面的住宿條件都差不多。勝在環境優美，空氣質量很好，很安靜。氧氣充足，適合深度睡眠，一覺睡到下午2點，中途沒有醒過。交通便捷，門口就是公交車站。離一棵樹觀景台、抗戰博物館、南山公園都衹有幾分鐘的車程。適合一家人度假住宿。
