We love to come to this hotel when in Chongqing. This time visiting, I brought my daughter. I love that it’s across the street from the zoo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got a massage and they came to my room. I didn’t want to leave my daughter alone since she is too young. So this was very helpful. Thank you

Environment: I arrived at the hotel at noon and went to Hongyadong in the afternoon. It is about one kilometer from the subway station and you can take Line 1 to get there. Service: I like the hotel staff. The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic. The feedback was handled immediately. There is also a free pick-up service to the high-speed rail station. It is a big hotel in a very convenient location in Chongqing with a view of the river. A subway station is in walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The only criticism we have, is that some of the amenities in the bathroom were out of order. The water didn't drain properly, we had nowhere to hang our towels and the door handle was broken. The receptionists however were very quick to have the latter fixed, so these are only minor complaints. All in all we had a good experience.

The location is very good, just beside the Chongqing Three Gorges Museum and Chongqing City Hall, I plan to punch in the Three Gorges Museum in the morning and go to Dazu Stone Carving in the afternoon, so this hotel is the first choice, the price is very affordable, the front desk service is good, the rooms are small, the bathroom is squatting is relatively rare...
