Atour Hotels in Chongqing

The hotel stay at Atour was very comfortable. Service was good. There is free laundry service and we do not have to stay in the laundry room to wait as there are staff to help us with the laundry. We also were able to arrange for a late checkout up to 6pm because we had a late flight. There is also free supper from 9.30pm to 11pm daily. The location is also very good. The only downside is that the elevators are rather slow.

The hotel location is accessible n convenient. There is a convenient store next to it. Free cold fruit water n tea daily in the lobby. The counter staff is kind enough to let us check in early. The room is spacious and aircond in the room is fantastic. However there is not much view from the hotel room. The corridor outside the hotel room is warm and has no air conditioning. Otherwise everything is fantastic. Good bed good mattress and good pillows. Comfy to stay in.

The hotel really raise the bar for this class of accommodations. I am pleasantly surprised by the amount of additional things the hotel do to help make our stay convenient and comfortable. The attentions to details elevate our stay from good to great. All staff members are really helpful and we would like to shoutout the great service by 熙鲲先生. He was friendly, attentive and make us feel welcome at all times. He patiently shown us how to use the mini app features in WeChat app to do all sorts of things during our trip. I truly believe that it is staff members like 熙鲲先生 that make this hotel special.  I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

We are super happy with the hotel. The rooms are spacious. Location is good . Convenient to get didi. It has few noodles shop behind and bunch of malls along it. Night food stall across the hotel is interesting too. No regrets !  Only thing is front counter is pretty busy . Need to wait for them to attend to us

Hygiene: The room is very clean and tidy Facilities: The facilities are modern and advanced, the hair dryer is high-end, and the smart toilet is easy to use. Environment: Very close to Daping Station on Line 2, a 5-minute walk, and convenient transportation. If you are a light sleeper, choose a room not facing the road as it is very quiet. Service: The service is very enthusiastic, has a good attitude, and responds to all requests. Late-night porridge arrives: From 9:30 to 11:00 p.m., there are porridge, steamed buns, steamed buns and other late-night snacks, which is quite good.

Facilities: There are scratches from nails on the bed board, which is not a big deal but a bit annoying. The facilities are not old and the hot water for bathing is normal. Hygiene: The room is quite clean, but there is one thing I must mention, that is, the drain hole of the sanitary napkin wash basin smells very bad when you get close (you can smell it when you bend down to wash your face), and there are small flies if you look closely. Service: The service is very good, it is cleaned very cleanly every day, they will help to throw away the garbage, and there are robots to deliver food. Environment: In terms of environment, it is actually not as close to the subway station as mentioned. It takes about 700 to 800 meters to walk, which is still a bit far. The floor is very high, so there is no need to worry about street noise. Overall, it is not as good as the Atour I stayed in before, but it is still quite satisfactory.

Simply love this beautifully decorated ATOUR Hotel (aka 亚朵X酒店) that is housed at the former Chongqing Press (重庆报业) premise. As usual, ATOUR Hotel always lives up to my high expectation in hotel accommodation. Pretty clean and the housekeeping services are excellent. Perhaps the only complaint about this particular ATOUR Hotel is the toilet flush in hotel room 6309 isn’t as strong as other units, cos the toilet can easily get choked if toilet papers are disposed. So dispose toilet papers ONLY when necessary. Overall, I am still very satisfied with my 3-day stay in this nostalgic hotel that is very retro and elegantly decorated.

For my child's birthday, I took her to Chongqing. Because I planned to go to Joy City, I chose Atour, which was newly opened this year and happens to be my favorite hotel brand. Located on the 49th to 53rd floors above Longhu Park Tianjie, it has a wide view from above and many restaurants in the surrounding area. The lobby is spacious and elegant, with a full sense of design. There is also a book bar, gym and laundry room. The room is medium in size, clean and tidy; Atour's bedding is also impeccable; the bedside has wireless charging and a Xiaodu smart speaker that can control curtains; the shower head is fine and comfortable, and the toiletries are all from Lelabo. The texture is good, the hair dryer is from Leifen; disinfectant wipes are prepared for the toilet; and the minibar provides free snacks and drinks. All supporting facilities are available, which makes people feel very considerate. The service was great, warm and thoughtful. Because I had to work overtime that night, my sister Qiuqiu even lent me a computer. I’m really grateful!

The room was clean and tidy, quiet at night, the bedding was comfortable, and the pillow was the kind of memory pillow that would slowly rebound after being pressed, so you could sleep until dawn. There were also earplugs on the bedside table, which solved the sleeping problem for my family who were troubled by snoring. There were both Chinese and Western breakfasts, and I was impressed that there were two neatly arranged condiments, which should be eaten with tofu pudding, but I didn't try it because I can't eat soy products. In short, it's worth staying when traveling!

The first time I came to Chongqing, I chose the Atour Hotel at Jiefangbei International Trade Center. I saw on the Internet that it was a newly opened hotel and was worried about the smell, so I didn’t make a reservation in advance. I went directly to the hotel front desk to ask if I could check out the room first before making a decision? Zhaoyang at the front desk received me, and patiently accompanied me to see the room. He also helped me upgrade the room type for free. The service was very enthusiastic and heartwarming. The hotel's facilities are very intelligent, and it is very convenient to eat and go to scenic spots around. Atour in Chongqing left me with a good impression (especially Zhaoyang's service). Next time I travel, I will choose Atour and recommend it to my friends.
