location is very very good , we book villa so quite good location service aircon all good checkin was really smooth and easy , but after checkout when we arrived back to bkk then hotel staff call us and asking to pay 50thb because they found a broken glass in room i feel very surprised when we leave all look ok sudden glass broken and that much big property asking for 50 thb feel very disapointed . be carefull everyone

It's exactly like the picture. It's really pretty and nice. It's a place where you can really heal, and there's a department store just a short distance away. Breakfast doesn't have a lot of variety, but it tastes good. Everything was really good, but there was one thing that was a little disappointing: I could hear chatter in the next room. Other than that, everything was really good. It was worth the money. The kids will be coming again this summer. ^^

I booked the Tide resort at last minute as i used to stay there. Hotel is under re-novation but it not distirb my staycation. I got new room facing to beach near lift. Check in process was fine were wait for booking to hotel system about 5-7mins , service checkin staff was fine but he may need a bit more interpersonal skills. Overall great stay recommended

We booked five twin rooms for one week at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were given five single rooms. The receptionist did not speak English at all, but managed to explain that there were no twin rooms available. This was very frustrating, as we had booked the rooms a long time ago. However, I want to extend a massive thank you to Trip.com, who were incredibly helpful and found a solution for us. Big thanks to Trip.com for arranging everything!

Japan Park Hotel is located far away from shopping, bars, restaurants and mall. But they got 2 great restaurants (one Japanese) inside J Park area, also a small 7/11 with coffee machine with Latte hot/cold. J Park also has a good fitness room. The Onsen is included for guests, Sauna, hot spring and relax room. The separate female side got a steamroom. Our visit in January (2025) we had a different room with a comfortable bed, this time in February (2025) the room we got had a very hard mattress with no overlay mattress, did not sleep as well as our first stay. The staff at the Reception is very friendly, smiling and helpful. Cleaning staff is very polite and smiling and so is the staff at breakfast and both restaurants. Reception at the Onsen is very polite, helpful and smiling. Even the security is very welcoming and smiling. Clean and modern rooms, only minus is the big height to climb into the shower/bathtub. No ATM at the hotel or nearby, bring cash or use a card. Building 5 might be to noicy with the big road near by. We had Building no 4 and it's quite peaceful.

There were Japanese staff members so I felt at ease staying there. It's a little small compared to other Kantary Hotels. Japanese food is available for breakfast, so overall it's a hotel suitable for Japanese people. Thank you!

The room smells really good as soon as I entered the room I really liked all including toilet. I think putting electric kettle in the room will be more convenient . Very clean and all are good. But I noticed the aircon has old smell in the middle of the night. 8 mins walking distance to beach and surrounded with many bars,clubs and restaurants. Overall, I like staying in this one.

Accommodation like a single house in a large project The rooms are very well proportioned (bedroom, bathroom, living room), complete facilities. Open into the room to turn on the TV to wait Turn on the air conditioner to cool. Very good, impressed with the receptionist. Provide very good information and advice. The breakfast set is also very good. There are many choices. Bring it to the room Full until noon .... There is convenient parking, there is a security guard, although it is not close to the sea. But drive to Bangsaen a little I like it very much

This is a hostel on the beach of Bangsen. You can see the beach from the hostel, and when you check in, you put the key in the mailbox and tell you the location of the mailbox. It's not a hotel, it feels like a condo, and it's good to stay at a cheap price. I'll upload a picture around the hostel.
