ชอบมาก มีออนเซ็นให้บริการด้วยนะครับ มีโอกาสจะไปอีกครับแน่นอน 

เหมือนโดนตบทรัพย์แบบไร้การโต้แย้ง หลังจากเช็คเอาท์ คืนกุญแจ และรับเงินมัดจำคืนเรียบร้อยแล้ว เกือบ 2 ชั่วโมงต่อมา โรงแรมกลับโทรมาแจ้งว่าที่นอนมีรอยเปื้อนและต้องการปรับเงิน ซึ่งสร้างความไม่เข้าใจอย่างมาก เนื่องจากได้สอบถามไปว่าทำไมถึงเพิ่งตรวจห้อง ทั้งที่ปกติควรตรวจสอบให้เสร็จก่อนคืนเงินมัดจำ พนักงานกลับอ้างว่าแม่บ้านพึ่งตรวจ และมีคนทำงานไม่เพียงพอ ประเด็นคือ เมื่อเช็คเอาท์แล้ว ลูกค้าไม่สามารถตรวจสอบหรือโต้แย้งได้เลย การนำเพียงรูปถ่ายมาชี้แจงก็ไม่สามารถสร้างความมั่นใจได้ อีกทั้งในห้องมีผู้ชายเข้าพักทั้งหมด ซึ่งทำให้ยิ่งน่าสงสัยว่ารอยเปื้อนที่อ้างถึงนั้นคืออะไร การทำงานเช่นนี้ถือว่าไม่เป็นธรรมกับลูกค้า เพราะไม่ใช่ความผิดของลูกค้าที่โรงแรมมีพนักงานไม่เพียงพอ อีกทั้งการสื่อสารของพนักงานก็ไม่เหมาะสม เมื่อถูกถามกลับกลับตอบว่า “ก็ทำแบบนี้มาตลอด” ซึ่งถือว่าเป็นการแก้ปัญหาที่ไม่สร้างสรรค์และทำให้ลูกค้าเสียความรู้สึก ในฐานะคนทำงานด้านออแกไนซ์ ที่ต้องเลือกโรงแรมเพื่อนำเสนอให้ลูกค้าใช้จัดงานหรือพักอาศัย เหตุการณ์แบบนี้สะท้อนภาพลักษณ์ที่แย่มาก และทำให้ลูกค้าเสียเปรียบอย่างสิ้นเชิง -----‐----------------------------------------------------------- After checking out, returning the room key, and receiving the deposit refund, nearly two hours later the hotel called to inform me that the mattress was stained and that a penalty would be charged. This was very surprising and confusing because I asked why the room was not inspected at the time of checkout, which is standard practice before returning the deposit. The staff explained that housekeeping had only just inspected the room and that they were short-staffed. The issue is that once the checkout process is completed, customers have no opportunity to verify or dispute such claims. Presenting only photos does not provide sufficient assurance, especially since only male guests stayed in the room, which raises further doubts about what kind of stain was being referred to. This process is unfair to customers. It is not the customer’s fault if the hotel lacks sufficient staff, and the way the matter was handled was very unprofessional. When asked further questions, the staff replied dismissively that “this is how we always do it,” which only added to the dissatisfaction. As someone who works in event organization and frequently recommends hotels for clients to stay or hold events, such an experience creates a very negative impression. It leaves the customer at a complete disadvantage and reflects poorly on the hotel’s service standards.

ตั้งใจพาคุณพ่อไปพักผ่อน แช่ออนเซ็น คุณพ่อชอบมากค่ะ ทั้งรูปแบบห้องพัก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก จองแบบรวมอาหารเช้าเป็นแบบบุพเฟ่ต์แนะนำเลยค่ะ คุ้มมากคุณพ่อชอบใจ line อาหารokเลย receptionยิ้มแย้มแนะนำเสียอย่างเดียวพูดเร็วมากฟังไม่ทันทำให้เรารู้สึกว่าเค้ารีบๆไม่เต็มใจบริการแต่เข้าใจอยู่ ว่าข้อมูลแนะนำเยอะเด๋วจะใช้เวลานาน ที่เหลือดีหมดค่ะ คุณพ่อบอกอยากไปพักอีก
