Didn’t get to stay in the hotel because of unforeseen circumstances. Wrote to hotel many times to request for change of dates. It’s alright to say no. At least gave me a reply so I could move on to make other plans!

The property advertised a free welcome drink, which was not provided. Also did not mention anything clear about the parking arrangements around the place until we got there.
