Estuvimos hospedados tres noches hace 3 días, nos asignaron una encantadora habitación con balcón hacia el patio interior, el baño cuenta con regadera de lluvia con abundante agua caliente, batas de baño shampoo y detalles de lujo como pantuflas antifaz que disfrutamos mucho. Cabe mencionar que el restaurante sirve el mejor café que hemos tomado hasta compramos un kilo para llevar a casa. Muchas gracias por sus atenciones al personal, recordamos a Dafne, Damariz y Angelica la camarista que es genial. Regresamos seguro y lo recomendamos por supuesto.

Estubimos hospedados y presentando una cata de mezcal poblano, agradeemos todas sus atenciones y profesionalismo. Las habitaciones que ocupamos fantásticas, y la cama es selestial altamente recomendable. Los desayunos en el restaurante que es hermoso sirven muy basto y delicioso.+ En horabuena.

Estoy escribiendo está reseña a las 6 de la mañana de un domingo por el pésimo servicio del hotel. Toda una serie de pésimas experiencias. Es una verdadera estafa en funcion del costo. Una huésped despertó al hotel completo debido a que tenía que salir y el velador se quedó dormido y no abría la puerta. Esto va en contra incluso de normas de protección civil. Los baños por increíble que parezca no incluye ni toallas de papel desechable, no shampoo. Los controles de tv y aire no sirven por las baterías. La puerta del cuarto también presentó falla en las baterías. Se incluye máquina de café, pero no hay endulzantes. Estás quejas están basada en el altísimo costo de la habitación que corresponde a un nivel donde todos esos detalles se deben cubrir. No es un hostal, pero el servicio correspondiente a uno. Pésimo servicio. Entristece que no se tenga un servicio profesional a nivel internacional.
