Great people. The customer service is outstanding. Fun place to visit. Very clean, organized. The Spa absolutely fantastic. Each one of us got a massage every day. We visited because our daughter had been there with her family in June. Looking forward to visiting again during future visits to Colombia

We came here as a family with a group of friends. Our room was comfortable and had the most beautiful view of the garden. The pool was amazing. We highly recommend the visit here, it's truly an experience you will not forget. It has the most breathtaking scenery and waterfall. A beautiful place to come and relax.

Charming place, we had a great time! The pools are big, service is very good, people were nice and there are also saunas. Keep in mind that Sundays get very busy, so try to stay other days of the week, it’s cold so bring a jacket. There are other plans nearby, you can go to Guatavita, Tomine reservoir, Sisga lagoon, and to Sesquilé.

Muy agradable, y mucha tranquilidad. La comida muy rica. La atención excelente y las habitaciones muy cómodas. El lugar en general Muy cómodo. Lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados. El paisaje muy lindo y de noche muy romántico. Recomendadisimo.

Es el 3 termal al que asistido en 🇨🇴 y es el mejor a mi páreser los de Paipa, Tabio y guasca no tienen la calidad y entorno natural;recomendación visitar entre de semana menos turista y más espacio en las piscinas para nadar y caminar sin tanto pueblo al rededor, aparte de entrada mas economica entre semqnq que fin de semana o festivos
