Preciosa hacienda en medio de una vegetación exuberante, el servicio excelente, la habitación muy bien cuidada y con excelente gusto, una atención en los detalles que se notan desde que llegas a recepción. Gracias Gaby en reservaciones, en restaurante Montserrat, Ricardo, Benito y todo el equipo de cocina y atención a comensal. En concierge excelente atención también. Se me olvidan todos los nombres de las personas que lograron esta excelente experiencia para nosotros, Los felicito y espero sigan con esta gran labor de mantener este paraíso.

My favorite place in Mexico . Quiet, elegant and stunning, this jungle retreat is worth the splurge. Staff are efficient and friendly, food is good and amenities are top notch . The water circuit after a great workout with cenote views is my preferred start to my day . I also dream of the time I can return to this amazing resort.

My favorite Mexican escape for wellness and relaxation. My 4th visit and I dream to come back often . The quiet, the singing birds, sweet deer families, and gorgeous jungle landscape paired with friendly and efficient staff and amazing food and spa. Just heavan!

We are travelling A LOT, have seen SO MANY good Hotels - but THIS HOTEL, undeniably, is one of the VERY BEST that we‘ve ever stayed in… It‘s just simply GORGEOUS ! Set up on the HUGE area of an ancient Hacienda now set up as a beautyfully designed tropical garden, this Hotel offers a certain (limited) number of accomodations in form of small „Casitas“ (houses) offering each private swimming pool, amazing equipments and comfort (no need to go into details - WHATEVER you look for IS GIVEN)… Outmost excellent and attentive services, high quality food and restauration, VERY friendly staff… The prizes might be a bit higher than in usual 5 Star Hotels - BUT WHAT YOU GET FOR YOUR MONEY IS WORTH IT !

Everything seems average but the real problem is the food. A very bad price/value equation. The taste was not good and the quality was a little below average. Not worthy the price of the hype.

Die Erfahrung mit dem Chablé war ausgezeichnet, von der Reservierung und Planung unseres Aufenthalts bis zur Abreise, einfach eine traumhafte Zeit. Danke dem ganzen Staff, an diesem traumhaften Ort. Wir waren drei Nächte dort und fanden die Länge des Aufenthaltes genau richtig.
