The greatest place to share with the family, every area of the hotel is well used, creative! An unique experience that will last on our memories! But the most of the most is the staff that makes everything possible to happen, they will make you feel royalty within the Leonardo Laura family!

We are still at the hotel. We are having our best time as a family with 4 children. The staff makes the difference. Reception, Guest Relation and Lounge staff are just amazing. They do everything to make you happy.

We came as a family — myself, my husband, and our two kids (one is 6 years old and the other is 1). We paid €50 for entrance, only to discover once inside that all the slides require a minimum height of 120 cm. There was no indication of this at the entrance, and we were not informed beforehand. We went back after just 10 minutes and asked for a refund. We had to wait 20 minutes for the manager, who, when she finally arrived, was extremely arrogant and refused to refund us, even though we didn’t use any of the facilities. Our older child was very upset. The place is very poorly managed, with misleading information and unreasonable prices for what they offer: just 6 slides, one small pool for toddlers, no sunbeds, only cheap plastic chairs. Do not go there. Go to a proper waterpark instead.

Hotel . Smart and worthy of 4 stars Rooms nicely decorated and very clean. Food . Amazing Daytime pools and slides . Great. The slurs could be monitored a little better . Put a 1 time ride and give up your inflatable to the next person waiting. Some really greedy people refuse to share and you can literally wait forever for someone to give one up. Night time entertainment. Terrible. At least from my experience . Extremely basic . Non engaging and unenthusiastic . If you can afford to leave the complex at night do it and go to the Sapphire down the road .

Simona the Massage Therapist was great!!! She was polite and very knowledgeable. She undid all the knots. I would recommend a visit to the Spa.

Fantastic hotel food gorgeous rooms are lovely everyone here are extremely helpful. Had a family wedding here TUI were amazing got everything sorted. The only thing that is missing is bottles of water for the amount you pay this should be included. They will charge you 30 euros a day each to upgrade to get bottles of water and normal alcohol. Please include bottles of water as it been over 40 degrees.
