St George Beach Hotel & Spa Resort

Everything was just brilliant. Best a la carte was Shoga by far, especially due to Andreas, Ramesh and Mamun, but tbe food was excellent too. Loved the swim up pool bar, the pool snack bar and the wine bar terrace. Wine bar is a really nice addition, and Joanna (Iona) is a great member of staff. Savvas and Nearchos also need a mention, both so helpful and friendly at any time. We had a deluxe double with balcony, and it was lovely. Spacious, bright, great air con, walk in shower, fridge, comfortable beds. We don't usually do all inclusive so probably wouldn't return but definitely one of the nicest places we've stayed.

Wow , what a beautiful hotel this ,spotlessly clean.Hotel grounds kept immaculate.Certain members of staff do stand out ,Christina and Natalia on reception ,Pavel ,Valeria in the cocktail bar ,Andreas the restaurant manager to name but a few but all staff very friendly.Sunbed allocation a game changer and very accommodating if you wished to be moved.Food and drinks exceptional.We tried all the restaurants,all very good but Route 66 our favourite.If you are looking for a chilled holiday set in a beautiful location then this is for you.Thank you St George we had a fantastic holiday and see you again.

Just back from a wonderful holiday in St George hotel the hotel was amazing so clean brilliant food and excellent staff we stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every minute of it already looking to book for next year the Robbie Williams tribute was so good we travelled around a few bars to watch his show he really got the crowd going we would definitely recommend going to see the him

We had a late arrival due to delayed flight. On arrival we were met with a glass of bubbly and the porter who took our cases to the room. The check-in was speedy and informative particularly where to get something to eat before the buffet closed. The room was bright and sufficient for our need, we were on the 2nd floor with a landward view with a partial sea view. The hotel has four floors and also minus three floors for pools other rooms and restaurants. The buffet restaurants were adequately presented with a wide range of hot and cold food, I would have preferred more cold meat at lunchtime to have a salad. However all was satisfactory. There are four a-la-carte restaurants which is serviced rather than buffet, the menus are comprehensive with something for all tastes. The portions are large and it is a three course menu in each restaurant. The Italian and Greek restaurants are alfresco. The negative point I have as a diabetic is that there a distinct lack of sugar free soft drinks, only Pepsi max was widely available, the was one machine had 7up zero however this machine was closed at 5pm. Bottled water was supplied and there were many areas to refill the bottles. A fridge in the room and a digital safe are included. The Sun-beds being allocated is a godsend this saves the stupidity of the morning donkey derby. Other hotels should take notice of this excellent practice. If you don’t like or want to change your allocation the staff are very obliging, pool towels are supplied and can be changed every two days. The main pool is warm and has a swim up bar which can get busy. The daytime activities are plentiful and there is evening entertainment outside and also in the cocktail bar. The wine bar is a plus with a nice selection of wines. The hotel staff are very pleasant and willing to assist with issues, and answers to guest questions. We booked our room for late checkout (6pm) this booking was made at time of booking the holiday, we were not expected to change room, although a change of room might occur if request is made during time at the hotel. The hotel is a short walk from the bus stop (bus 615) into Paphos and Coral Bay. We found the day bus ticket an advantage (€6.50pp). Overall an enjoyable holiday at this hotel and the best recommendation we can give is we would be returning guests.

This hotel is the best hotel we have stayed in while holidaying in Europe. We had a sea view room which was spacious with a massive comfortable bed. The sun bed allocation is great. We chose our sun beds from the ones available and went on the waiting list for a sun bed by the pool. We decided the sun beds we had were perfect for us. Food was really good in all the restaurants. Choices were plentiful. Cocktails and drinks were nice and there is a lot of choice. The wine bar had a good choice with some very nice wines. We could not fault any of the staff as they were brilliant. Entertainment was the worst bit of this holiday. Only 2 people in the entertainment team and they tried their hardest to engage with everyone. The evening entertainment outside was very poor. Elvis was ok, Robbie Williams wasn’t good. Lasted less than 2 songs before we left. The singer and pianist by the bar and wine bar were good some nights and average on others. Overall it was a great holiday and I would go back.

Wonderful Hotel. Drinks are great, lovely cocktails but wasn’t so keen on the beer. Food was excellent both in the a-la-cartes and buffet restaurants. The staff work extremely hard and were all very polite and professional. The guys at the beach bar were fantastic with a great sense of humour. The wine bar and staff who worked there were brilliant. The lady (sorry can’t remember her name) who worked at the wine bar was lovely and would always remember what we liked to drink. Sunbed allocation was a revelation and one of the reasons I booked the hotel in the first place. Will definitely come back in the future.
