設施：配套設施較為完善，美中不足的是可能因為時間太久的原因，空調出風有煙味。
衞生：賓館的內部衞生條件還可以，一百多的價格裏也算是表現很不錯的了。
環境：酒店在牛頭山鎮，地理位置還可以，距離大王洞車程半小時左右，內部環境還可以。
服務：服務態度很好。

房間很大也舒適，乾淨衞生，早餐很豐富（剛下單忘記加早餐，入住後發現早餐很對胃口就補了一份早餐），下次再來此地出差必須首選梧桐樹賓館
