酒店位於絕美的平天湖，環境相當不錯；酒店內設施齊全，房間佈置温馨大方，臨湖落地玻璃門令人印象深刻，很喜歡入住送的荷花蓮蓬；酒店的服務非常好，特別是管家Julia喜臨小妹熱情周到貼心，讓人有如沐春風的感覺。

酒店有免費的接送站服務，雖然前期溝通有點不暢，但是後來解決好了，接站的小哥哥服務也很好。房間景色超讚，還貼心準備了小月餅等點心，剛開始進去衞生有點不過關，和管家Julia喜臨溝通後立刻進行了處理，客房部的工作人員也很nice，服務很熱心，恰巧遇到生日還貼心送了小禮物，非常感動，管家會貼心提供遊玩建議，關心我們的行程，工作非常細緻，酒店還有一些適合孩子的手工課，搬錚體驗，竹林音樂會等，體驗感總體來説還是非常不錯的，值得推薦。

臨水房間真的不錯，踏上陽台，面向平天湖，早晚真有春風拂面的感覺，我入住的是二樓，腳下池邊三兩鴨子、天鵝游來游去，下次還要來。停車場有點緊，但總能被安排好。
