環境一級棒，畢竟是在景區裏，陰天湖邊風略大，有親子活動，有一些小動物。
前台，入住手續辦理流程，介紹仔細，管家章程，人很好，留了聯繫方式，入住期間，有問必答，也有能對周邊有介紹。
客房,房間整潔,3秒出熱水,客房服務員非常禮貌，夜間臨時狀況，反應的時間也很及時。
餐飲，早餐麪不錯，服務員也很貼心，有服務延伸性，中餐水準難講咯，以我的嘴，衹能給及格分。
環境，硬件一流，軟件還有上升空間。
