接待服務態度都很好，住宿環境衞生。但因為是下雨天，氣温低，風景大打折扣～遊玩就是遊船、看小動物、聽聽音樂，因為下雨也就剩遊船了。天氣因素影響體驗感，照片都沒拍。
早餐種類多，不過沒有預期的好，服務態度一般。

酒店水天一色，風景宜人，管家米歇爾在很熱情，餐廳的白魚湯特別好吃，魚非常的新鮮，但是蝦就一般，去棧橋的路轉彎多，路途窄，沒有專門的人行道，顯得有些危險，如能從酒店直接過去就更好。

平天湖大酒店是真正的度假休閑享受的地方，上一次帶着老媽來是2015年，印象不錯；這次帶老媽重遊遇到了熱情周到細緻、有什麼問題都能及時解答的管家Julia喜臨，更是舒心愉悦，環境也是靜謐養眼好休養，早餐豐富種類繁多，下一次來池州還是會選擇這裏的😄

優點：高鐵站免費接送站。酒店內部環境優美。前台及管家服務親切主動。房間內很貼心地配備了當地的書籍和當地美食介紹。
待改進：房間內無咖啡機（且咖啡吧的咖啡味道不好，價格還貴），衞生間無智能馬桶，無潤膚露。
建議：在酒店靠近棧道處應設定一個可刷卡的邊門，方便住客出入。

酒店位置極佳，在平天湖畔，竹林長廊，湖邊堤壩上的走道，鳥語花香，環境美極，本身就是一處景點。房間床品備品好，設施便捷，早餐豐富，遊船碼頭也在酒店內。特別要提到的是管家Julia（喜鄰），熱情周到的服務讓人如沐春風，把酒店的各種服務，設施位置，一應講解，check in&out全過程服務細心。很讚的入住體驗，下次再來
