Das Hotel liegt im Hochland, dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein. Es hat alles, damit man als Gast zufrieden ist. Hilfsbereit ist das Personal bis zum äußersten. An der Rezeption ob Luisa, Laura oder Karlo - sie lesen einen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Julia im Service ist so aufmerksam, freundlich, flink und hilfsbereit, wunderbar! Benilda in der Küche zaubert Köstlichkeiten auf den Teller. Und dies alles geschieht IMMER mitbringen ehrlichen Lächeln und Dankbarket, dass wir als Gäste da waren. Vielen Dank.

We stayed there for only one night. Rooms are placed in separate small buildings on the premises. That means also that there is no WiFi in the rooms! The bathroom was real cold and the mold in there was prominent (room 124). The room was also cold and the heating had to be managed carefully. Breakfast buffet style was not as good as on the 5 other hotels in Peru visited so far.

Bij aankomst werden we heel vriendelijk ontvangen door Laura en dat ons meteen een heel fijn gevoel. Later werden we door Paula hetzelfde benaderd. De adviezen zijn goed, duidelijk en transparant. De kamer was prima, schoon en groot genoeg. Wij zouden dit hotel zeker aanbevelen.

Casa Andina in Chivay, Colca valley, is the ideal starting point to explore the area. The hotel is very quiet, the rooms are comfy, and its restaurant offers excellent food. The hotel has the friendliest staff we've ever met. We stayed there for tree days and it was a unique experience. Thank you, Vanessa Tupac, for your kindness.

Excelente atención de todo el personal del hotel. Fuimos recibidos y tratados con mucha gentileza. Las habitaciones que nos ofrecieron son excelentes, el servicio siempre fue atento, especialmente la gerente del hotel, la Srta. Vanessa, quien desde el momento que llegamos siempre estuvo pendiente de toda nuestra familia.
