Bedroom accommodation is in individual cabins away from the main block - wi fi only available in main building. No tea making facilities in your cabin but hot drinks available at bar area. Rooms have heaters and electric blankets which are needed - very cold at night (in June). Walking distance of town centre. Good evening meal - unfortunately it was rather colder than it should have been. Super bar staff. Craft ladies working in reception area provide local interest.

We had an excellent and nice service by Ms Zuhei. We felt to be in good hands and very much appreciated. The food and wine was delicious.

Our stay at Casa Andina was marvelous! The cabins and beds are very comfortable, with hot showers and nice touches, like welcome chocolates. The staff, including Laura, were all so helpful, friendly, and professional. Excellent service!!!

Disappointing I am somewhat disappointed with this hotel. It is probably one of the best in Chivay, so despite my rating it is still a good bet if you're staying here. Firstly, the staff are great. Really friendly and welcoming. I'd give them a 10/10 for sure. Also good is that they have medical attention 24/7 and oxygen on hand. First 10 minutes complimentary. But, the hotel is cold. Everywhere. The rooms have heaters, which take a little while to kick in but also kept me awake at night because when they restart from losing the set temperature it makes all kinds of noises. The bathroom doesn't get heated so good luck if you need the loo in the night!!! The restaurant is also cold, as is the bar. We asked them to put a fire on, which they did but even so it was not cosy. The first night we were there, we got no sleep at all because there was an outdoor concert/party/festival that started at 10pm and finished at 5am. It sounded as if we were right next to the party as it was that loud and I am not exaggerating. This was a Friday night and it was a 200 year anniversary of the town, so I don't know if I they have parties every weekend or if we were just unlucky in that regard (but also lucky in that we got to see the marches the next day in costume). My safe didn't work in the room. I called for them to fix it and about 2 minutes after they left, it stopped working again so I gave up on that. Breakfast is a joke. It's really, really bad and not good enough for the price paid.
