Hôtel de base OK pour seulement une nuit. Chambre petite et froide. Les possibilités de charger ses appareils sont limitées. Bien situé sur la grande place de Chivay. Au déjeuner (de base) le monsieur était complètement dépassé. Un endroit de passage pour se rendre au Col de Colca.

We stayed in this hotel and the attendant was excellent. She ordered a pizza for us and she delivered it to our room. Room was clean and with enough space for two. Chivay was a passing town on our way to Puno. It is small and there is nothing to do.

Excelente hotel. Nos encontramos con un lugar muy limpio, donde cada detalle parece estar cuidado. El personal fue increíblemente amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento. Durante nuestra estancia en invierno, aunque hacía frío, el hotel se aseguró de proporcionarnos calefactores, lo cual fue un gesto muy apreciado. Además, nunca tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente, lo que hizo nuestra experiencia aún más cómoda. Cada mañana, disfrutamos de un desayuno delicioso, con una buena variedad de opciones que nos dejó muy satisfechos. Sin duda, una excelente opción para quienes buscan comodidad y buen servicio en Chivay. ¡Recomendado!

En primer lugar, el personal es amable, atento, cordial y muy profesional. El desayuno fue muy bueno y variado. Las habitaciones son cómodas, amplias y con buena iluminación. Fueron muy serviciales para ayudarnos a tomar un taxi para ir y volver de los baños termales. Estuvimos en temporada de frio, pero dentro del hotel era muy cálido y siempre se preocuparon por que nos sintiéramos cómodos. Muchas gracias, lo recomendaremos a amigos y familiares.

L’hôtel est quasi neuf, nous sommestrès bien accueillis. Les gens sont adorables pas grand-chose à dire sur la chambre sauf que bien entendu vous n’avez pas de chauffage mais vous avez beaucoup de couverture pour vous réchauffer au chaude. Le petit déjeuner est très sympathique et suffisant. La ville, on peut presque parler de Luxe😜
