Mold, disgusting dirty blankets without covers, cracks in the plaster, dirty bathroom, bad smell, collapsing bed. No possibility to park — they claimed they were full — so we had to search for a spot on the street, where parking was difficult and we were afraid of theft. The room hadn’t been painted in a long time, and the floor was badly damaged. We asked for a different room, but they said they didn’t have another one for four people, so they refunded us.

Location ideale se si viaggia in treno perchè raggiungibile facilmente a piedi dalla stazione. E' un hotel ristrutturato di recente. Camere dignitose, per il livello 3 stelle, con lavabo e doccia comunicati con la stanza e area wc e bidet separata con porta e aspiratore. Le camere migliori sono quelle con affaccio su Via Roma, peraltro silenziosa. La reception chiude alle 23.00 (salvo la possibilità di un numero telefonico da chiamare in caso di necessità), con apertura dall'esterno con la stessa scheda per l'apertura della stanza. Non c'è praticamente nulla come prodotti per il bagno (solo 1 cuffia) ma sono disponibili due dispenser, uno sul lavabo ed uno nella doccia per i saponi. La doccia ha un "soffione" ampio e il doccino. Teleria da bagno discreta. Nessuna scelta di cuscini, ma letto comunque comodo (non piumino/trapunta ma coperta tradizionale). Buona climatizzazione. Chiave della stanza elettronica. Armadio sufficiente, cassaforte e frigo bar (solo acqua). Colazione discreta: offerta di uova alla coque, frittata, cotto e formaggio, prodotti dolciari da forno, distributore di succhi, distributore di bevande calde, frutta fresca e sciroppata, yogurt. Accetta tutte le carte: AMEX, VISA, Mastercard.

Uno dei peggiori hotel che abbia mai visitato in vita mia. Salvo solo il fatto che si siano impegnati per cambiarmi la prima camera che mi avevano assegnato nonostante l'hotel fosse totalmente prenotato. La camera assegnatami era bassa (meno di 2.40 m) e senza un'apertura esterna (una finestra impossibile da aprire che dava su scale di sicurezza dismesse) Quella che mi hanno dato in cambio era poco migliore ma se non altro aveva una finestra che si arriva sull'esterno (anche se base per la notte di tanti piccioni), ma con in odore poco piacevole. Hotel vetusto e abbastanza tetro nei corridoi ai piani. Non ci siamo proprio!!

Dieses Hotel besticht durch das freundliche, entgegenkommende Personal, das gute Frühstück und die geräumigen sauberen Zimmer. Die ruhige Lage in der Nähe von Bahnhof und Innenstadt erschien uns perfekt für ein paar Nächte. Gegenüber ist ein hervorragendes Restaurant, das ich nur wärmstens empfehlen kann.

Ottima posizione, vicina a tutti i servizi ma comunque in centro. Camere ristrutturate, pulite e ordinate, personale disponibile e discreto. Ottima la colazione. Nota veramente positiva è il parcheggio interno.
