Hotel Bischofhof - Bistro Jasmin

Gewoon TOP! Met vrienden op bezoek (22 september) bij deze geweldige keukenchef en zijn vrouw. We hadden een beetje lopen opscheppen over onze goede ervaringen met dit restaurant en dat wilden wij deze keer delen met onze vrienden. Altijd wel even van te voren reserveren! En dan komt het helemaal goed. Zo ook deze keer. Wat hebben we genoten van de kwalitatief heerlijke gerechten. Met bijpassende wijnen. Helemaal top. Ook de kamers zijn erg goed en het zwembad, voor Hollanders nooit te koud, was wel verfrissend. Ontbijt is prima bello. Leuk met elkaar gesproken over auto's….

In June we spent a few nights at the Bischofhof and treated ourselves to a gastronomic treat at the Jasmin twice. Hotel: Exceptionally clean and well-kept hotel (this is almost a given in South Tyrol, but the hotel is exemplary in this respect). What we missed was the usual warmth - friendly but somehow distant. After eating back from a walk, the hotel bar is usually closed (staff?). The multi-course menu is sensational and offers excellent value for money.

I stayed 4 days in August with my partner in this hotel. The welcome was immediately very familiar and courteous. The hotel is truly noteworthy, small but with better quality services than many more famous hotels. The garden all around the hotel is nothing short of spectacular and very well-kept with a breathtaking view of the castle and the Sabiona monastery. The best view is from the hot tub right next to a small hill in the garden. With a short walk you can easily reach the center of Chiusa. Breakfast is served as a buffet with quality products, we really appreciated the pre-cut fruit and always at the perfect point of ripeness. The only slightly sore point was the room which unfortunately did not match the rest of the hotel, it was really very small and with dated furniture, probably one of the few not yet renovated. However, it was very clean and at least the bed and mattress were very comfortable. The parking lot was large and there was never a problem finding a place. Definitely a highly recommended hotel but perhaps avoid the standard room.

Abbiamo soggiornato con mia moglie per una settimana in mezza pensione. Hotel in posizione ottima per centro di Chiusa e comodo per spostamenti Alto Adige o Val Gardena, vista molto suggestiva su convento di Sabiona. L'hotel è molto pulito sia nelle camere che nelle zone comuni , giardino piscina e idromassaggio, e molto curato in ogni particolare anche grazie all'attenzione della signora Marlis. .Colazione molto fornita per tutti i gusti con anche prodotti fatti in casa (ottimi). Cene molto ricercate e preparate con professionalità dallo chef Martin, che ci ha permesso di assaporare cibi ed abbinamenti a volte per noi inusuali, trasmettendoci il loro concetto di sostenibilità. Personale sempre gentile e sorridente. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e torneremo sicuramente. Lo consigliamo vivamente.
