*Warning to Future Guests: Hotel Kanha Treasure in Resort, Kanha* I recently stayed at Hotel Kanha Treasure in Resort, Kanha and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service quality was low, and the food did not meet even basic expectations. Additionally, the accommodation was below standard, making my stay uncomfortable. I would advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice, whether booking individually or through a travel agency. There are likely better options available in Kanha that can provide a more enjoyable experience. It’s important to be aware of these issues before making a reservation. Safe travels!

Hotel staff and service was very bad, i ordered for water bottle but they did not send

They have a TV set in my room but it was not in working condition, we told them twice, yet no response received from their side. they even don't have phone in room to call reception. service is too poor, they should improve their customer service.

Service is worst. Give only one bath towel in rooms. Tv not working. Geaser also not work in some rooms. And phone also not working so if u need some service then u have to go to reception.

This property needs to be improved in terms of cleanliness. Need more staff members to open the main gate, for kitchen and for the luggage pick up. Only one person was roaming here and there for the work. Still he was smiling and doing work. Food is tasty, but needs to have some options. They only served two things. Rest the overall experience was good.
