The arrival experience is the highlight. The hotel looks tired and rooms, corridors are not clean. The bed linen and towels are fresh but all the surfaces are dusty. There are cobwebs everywhere. The staff at the restaurant are attentive and willing to help. Tried the breakfast and dinner buffet it can get better. The view from the rooms are nice but the windows have been been cleaned. Nice property but not maintained at all.

I made a booking. They demand cash to an Indian account in advance. Don't reply to emails. I suspect a scam somewhere. Maybe not the hotel but someone with access to bookings.

Food was really good and staff was very welcoming. This place have network issue and rssorts wifi is weak but they gave me a router with sim card. I would rank property 7/10 and staff 10/10 Mr. Jairaj was very helping especially. Mr. Kailash FNB from restaurant also took care of us very well

JuSTa_Lake_Nahargarh_Palace_Chittorgarh best hotel in Chittorgarh, beautiful lake view, tasty and fresh food, clean pool, big game zone, beautiful rooms, wooww everything is good, and hotel staff is too polite and cooperative, It was our office trip which became memorable because of JuSTa_Lake_Nahargarh_Palace_Chittorgarh. Everything was ultimate …specially Kailash fbn Restaurant, food was nice with various delicious dishes. Enjoyed a lot at gaming zone pool, TT and carrom. Family environment with full greenery in an island, full safety with every full enjoyment. Worth to stay here …. Thanks to missing Knight Holiday package

Property gives very positive and peaceful vibes ,Great location, Mid of lake beautiful surrounding atmosphere, Entire Staff Very polite and Nice ., lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was good. It was clean, traditional , roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good , Entire package great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a visit in the future.
