淡季，酒店升級為高樓層的房間。服務好，有求必應。温泉很贊，私密性強。這麼貴的温泉酒店不含晚餐讓人不可理解。既然貴了就因該做到物有所值，提供早、晚餐。而不是要省點晚餐費用，何況附近也沒有其它好吃的地方。

價錢算是支芴湖最貴的酒店了，硬件條件還算可以！該有的也都有！但完全不值得來！
温泉水方面很贊
但是，洗護用品特別差！都是他們自家品牌的產品，我用了頭髮打結，梳掉了很多很多！三千多的酒店都用pola從沒用過這麼差勁的！這麼貴的酒店連個pola都不捨得給，也是很絕！
服務方面：表面看還行，基本見到都客客氣氣的！
可遇到問題就很離譜！
衹能説我沒感受到尊重，也沒感受到這個價格該有的服務！在看不到的地方，這家酒店管理特別糟糕！
餐飲部門：絕對的差評！包括餐飲服務！連着兩頓早晚餐都有異物！異物還是“****”！沒錯就是你想的那個捲曲的毛髮！如果衹是因為這根毛，真不至於給它這麼低的分；但處理事情時他們的態度以及後續的菜品質量，真的不能忍！！
當時我們就告訴了值班經理，雖然經理也表示抱歉，但實際上並沒有任何改善！以至於第二天早餐依然吃到異物！！很無語！
任何行業都會出差錯，我能理解也完全不會為難他們服務行業！但標榜服務第一的企業，料理長到我們離店為止，都沒有出來表示歉意，衹通過服務人員講了句抱歉，實在太忙了！這種敷衍的態度，讓我特別不能接受！！另外，導致我給差評的最根本原因是主菜牛排端上來居然是涼的！！！沒錯！不是前菜，是主菜！不光盤子是涼的，牛排也是涼的！真的是太差勁！整個日本來玩了好多好多次，住的酒店便宜的有兩三千，貴的三四萬，衹有這家主菜牛排是涼的！！簡直是欺人太甚、忍無可忍！這個差評一點也不虧！
位置：離湖很遠！想看風景的朋友可以避坑！這個酒店沒有任何風景！
論服務沒服務，論餐飲沒餐飲，論景色沒景色，論洗浴還用那麼糟的產品！也不知道誰給慣的，還賣這麼貴！！剛開始看到差評，還不信邪感覺會不會是因為個人太挑剔了！！現在看來我就是活該交學費！誰定誰吃虧誰定誰上當，你們自己看着辦吧！我衹能勸到這了！超級不嘻嘻！

風景一流，私湯很大，湖邊有划船，需要提前預約，湖邊吃的也多。酒店自帶的餐飲也非常棒，鐵板燒需要提前預約。酒廊侍酒師非常專業，是個老爺爺。

什麼都挺好的，餐食很精緻，儀式感拉滿，不過就是吃精緻，實際口味和食材普通，無功無過。整體體驗給予肯定。預訂前，在評論區看到過帶小孩的收費不超過1000一位，我結算時，看到價格都驚呆了，一位小孩每晚差不多加了4000人民幣，我們帶了兩位小孩一晚加了8000人民幣，相當於一晚房費，我特別想知道酒店是一直這麼收費的嗎？我們住了兩晚，加了差不多16000人民幣，我們在攜程預訂的房型還不包晚餐。簡直當了冤大頭。僅給後面的國人同胞一個參考，不是一定要住，可以不住。酒店方方面面都可以，公區還算漂亮，房間大但是缺乏設計感。比較居家吧！但是設施少，不適合親子，價格對親子勸退。在日本京都住了柏悦，非常好的酒店，小孩就衹收了早餐費，碧之座收小孩的費用太誇張了。另外，酒店旁邊的支笏湖挺漂亮的，衹是這裏的交通真的不方便，酒店在千歲機場有接送，下午衹有16:45分，衹有一個時間，想銜接上真的有點難度，我們打車去因為晚上車很少，打的大概500人民幣。從酒店打的去札幌JR1000人民幣左右。因為預訂時，可以參考的訊息太少，所以把我原來特別想了解的訊息發佈給大家參考。

房間非常大，有地暖，有獨立的湯池，衞生間乾濕分離，還有睡衣、襪子以及可以在酒店穿的居家服。全程管家式服務，有免費班車來機場接送，吃飯有單獨的包間，服務員會一道一道介紹菜品，每日會有不同的菜單，值得推薦！

酒店設施非常棒，一泊二食，完全不用出酒店。小童超級好吃！其他口味不一。用的身體乳面霜很好用，走的時候還帶了一份做伴手禮。酒店對面就是公園，非常好逛，總體價格1w+感覺還是值得的。
