Dirty room, hair on the bed and in the bathroom, at night it's cold and you can hear the noises of the whole building, the girl at the reception doesn't give change and you have to ask her, bad experience, value for money 1/10. I don't recommend it to everyone...

We stayed in January 2023 for five days, two adults and a 14-year-old daughter. The room was a good size for three people. When we arrived it was reasonably clean, simply furnished but decent enough. There was no air conditioning so in summer it could be a problem. After our arrival, for two days no one entered the room to tidy up or clean at least the bathroom. After pointing this out, on the third day it was cleaned for us, but then nothing more until our departure. On the last evening there was no hot water in all the rooms, probably the boiler thermostat was lowered. At night you could often hear voices, the rooms are not well soundproofed. At the entrance the hotel sign shows 4 stars, in Italy the service is modest 2 stars. The only positive thing is the proximity to the city center, easily reachable on foot in 5 minutes. Price adequate for what it offers.
