The hotel is extremely bad. - First of all, check-in at the hotel went very poorly! There was registration for two adults and one child 11 years old. After a long journey (about 17 hours), we were given a room with a cot for infants. After “proceedings” and searching for those responsible for the incorrect registration, we were moved to another larger room, with a sofa (which was what we had booked). But bed linen and bath equipment were not provided for the child. Repeated descent to the reception desk and the answer: “All the service personnel have already left the hotel. Let the child sleep with you this night, the bed is big.” It’s difficult to convey the delight from such information, just emotions. He turned around and went into the room. A few minutes later the bed linen was brought. But the impression was already “cheerful”. - Secondly, the breakfasts at this hotel are simply terrible! Every morning we had to look for waiters and ask them to add water to empty decanters and serve bread in empty baskets. It was the same with food; the trays stood empty for quite a long time. And so every morning. Constant requests did not improve the situation. They offered to pour tea into coffee cups. And only after asking for larger cups did they bring paper glasses. But the restaurant itself is quite tasty. The staff provides excellent service throughout the day and evening. What happens in the morning is a mystery. - Thirdly, the cards were demagnetized twice a day, every day. In the morning and evening we had to contact them to program the cards. The administration accused us of carrying cards close to our smartphones. But the cards were always in the passports. This always happened when the card was left in the terminal for a long time (half a day). - Fourthly, we gave the clothes to the laundry and the T-shirt, which we had just bought that day, was ruined (burned with an iron). - Fifthly, the suicide door to the bathroom added emotions. These doors have door closers that are absolutely not configured. The door closes slowly, but just before it closes completely, it closes abruptly and if you don’t remove your fingers in time, it will hit you quite hard. As the staff of this hotel said, quite a lot of guests complained about this problem. So, we are not the first. - Sixthly, there is a problem with parking. According to the administration, the hotel does not have its own parking lot and you need to find a place for yourself. And this is quite problematic, since the hotel is located next to a park where a large number of people come. The ambiance is also added by the fact that during cleaning they use high-voltage cables wrapped with electrical tape. Well, really, a 4-star hotel can’t afford to buy a new extension cord or replace the power cord of a vacuum cleaner? Ultimately, my impressions of this hotel were extremely negative. In view of the above troubles and inconveniences, I do not believe that this hotel corresponds to its declared status.
