We made a booking, it was CONFIRMED. But when we arrived at night with little child administrator told us that they don't work with online bookings and have no free rooms.
This is outrageous and unacceptable!

I can, of course, share a review, but I don’t know if it’s necessary to do this on your site. Since my husband booked and paid for 4 days of accommodation in this hotel through your site. And when I arrived here, they told me that they don’t work with such sites and they do not have any payment and booking, and I have rooms too !!!

Terribile esperienza! Ho prenotato da Agoda e mi hanno negato acceso perché dicono che è cambiato gestore e non collaborano con tutti siti. Ero tutto giorno in viaggia stanca e ho perso 2 ore di notte a litigare in reception che io ho pagato per 4 notti! Ho dovuto contattare assistenza clienti di Agoda che mi hanno cancellato prenotazione (non era rimborsabile da parte mia), loro mi hanno restituito soldi e ho dovuto pagare in contatti prezzo più alto. Non funziona nulla in quel hotel, non è neanche tanto pulito, non funzionava bene il Wi-Fi e quindi non avevo TV (parlo di giorni 18.-20.10.2022), meno male non era freddo perché non era acceso riscaldamento. Accensore fa un rumore tremendo giorno e notte. Una cosa molto importante che è lontano dal centro, circa 5 km e sono circa 40 minuti di bus. In bagno non c’è ventilazione, non c’è bicchiere per spazzolino, non ci sono tutte le luci, sono comunque molto deboli le luci in stanza. Non si può pagare con la carta! 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ per la colazione ho dovuto sempre cercare qualcuno a prepararmela, nonostante ho avvisato il tempo preciso che arrivo. Nessun risarcimento per tempo e nervi persi perché loro hanno un casinò lì!!! In Moldavia ci sono problemi con alloggi, non sanno proprio offrire servizi normali ai visitatori! E io ho visitato 50 paesi!

Заехали в отель почти к 23.00 и сил смотреть номер уже не было, очень устали и хотели спать. Девушка на рецепции была не очень приветлива но спасибо ей что хоть помогла утром вызвать такси. Дали номер на 5 этаже, лифт ехал только до 4го. Дальше 1 этаж пешком с огромными тяжелыми чемоданами. Потом нас ждало самое печальное.номер удалось открыть с 25 раза. Карта просто не считывалась. Комната была не подготовлена от слова совсем. Фото прилагаю. В постели женские темные волосы разной длины. Все вокруг в пыли. В углах грязь лежала просто кусками. В ванной комнате следы крови на стенах. Зеркало все в потеках и пятнах. Спасибо хоть полотенца чистые. В холодильник было страшно ложить продукты, тк он был в остатках еды и совсем не холодил. Всю ночь на этаже кричали люди, шумоизоляция на нуле. Выспаться перед самолетом не получилось, увы. Если бы этот отель стоил в 5 раз дешевле, скорее всего, на некоторые минусы я бы не обратила внимания. Я не советую этот отель никому, даже для просто переночевать. лучше езжайте сразу в аэропорт и ложитесь отдохнуть на лавочке. Это будет куда лучшим вариантом
