The ambiance here is fantastic, and the service is just as good. Our dedicated butler reached out and started helping us even before we checked in. Once we arrived, every single staff member was so welcoming and polite. Truly a wonderful experience! We'll definitely be back next year.

The hotel is ridiculously overpriced and simply not worth the money. Its true value is no more than 1000. The pool was quite unsanitary, and the food was mediocre; the only redeeming quality was the beautiful scenery. Overall, the hotel clearly falls short of 5-star standards.

This B&B was a real highlight of our trip. The facilities were excellent, and the food was delicious. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The kids had an absolute blast, and they even offered a fun bamboo shoot digging activity. The owner is very creative and clearly passionate about what they do. Traveling from Chongqing, our family considered various factors such as time, nearby excursions, hotel value for money, and overall appeal, finally choosing to stay at Suri Qinghe. We ended up having a wonderful weekend.
The hotel itself boasts all the elements one would expect from a cliffside retreat: cascading springs and waterfalls, swaying bamboo, a stunning cliffside infinity pool, and a unique cave restaurant, all seamlessly blending with nature. Our room was incredibly spacious, from the indoor living area to the outdoor soaking tub on the terrace. This thoughtful design truly reflected the hotel's genuine hospitality.
The hotel also offered engaging activities. We carried small bamboo baskets and ventured to the back mountain to dig for bamboo shoots – a wonderfully authentic and down-to-earth experience.
The service quality deserves special mention; this is truly a hotel with a lot of warmth and heart. Upon learning it was our child's birthday, the hotel manager personally brought a beautiful birthday cake during dinner, along with a basketball as a gift. Birthday songs echoed through the dining area, creating a truly special and memorable moment.
The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to several scenic spots. On Saturday, our family had a packed itinerary, visiting Sidonggou in the morning, Chishui Grand Waterfall in the afternoon, and Bing'an Ancient Town in the evening. We were constantly going in and out of the hotel, which must have caused some inconvenience to the hotel butler and shuttle staff. However, they always patiently and gracefully accommodated all our requests.
The rich tourism resources of Chishui, combined with the hotel's exceptionally attentive and pampering service, truly made this trip worthwhile.

Staying at Suri Qinghe in Chishui was truly the highlight of my entire Guizhou trip. This luxury wilderness retreat is nestled right within the red cliffs.
After traversing the verdant waves of a vast bamboo forest, the crimson Danxia landforms gradually emerge from the swirling mists. We checked into Suri Qinghe Cliffside Cave Retreat – a place where the layers of time are deeply etched. Thirteen century-old dwellings, carved into the 'heavenly red cliffs' during the Guangxu period, are beautifully integrated with the surrounding bamboo forest.
Open your window to a magnificent waterfall, cascading like a silvery river. All you hear is the soothing 'white noise' of nature, and the hustle and bustle of city life instantly melts away.
The ambiance, design, and service are all exceptional! The lodge itself is a masterpiece, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. The owner is also incredibly warm and welcoming!
