位置條件好，吃、行方便。環境衞生一般，衞生間需改善，有異味。

住過最差的酒店，毫無服務可言。廁所臭搞得一個房間都是臭的，床也是濕的，床單上還有黴點點。而且還沒有電梯。衞生紙濕漉漉黃教教的。隔天鵝堡公園很遠。

夏季客人很多，樓上住店和樓下吃飯生意太好，老闆有點忙不過來。房間一般，安排的二樓和三樓，都沒有電梯，樓梯也不寬，樓層比較高的上下樓可能會麻煩點。房間不大，標間的衞生間不能鎖門，向街道方向的房間下午因為太陽西曬，會相當熱，由於曬了整整一下午，哪怕到了晚上也不太涼快，真誠建議老闆買個遮陽網擋一下，價格不貴，效果還好。人多停車不太方便。旅店位置還是很好的，旁邊就是大酒店，晚上還可以逛逛湖邊，離商業街吃飯那些都很近。

老闆態度極差，床單都沒有洗乾淨，而且還不是一客一換。沒有電梯，帶長者來一點都不方便。服務態度極差。

沒有空調，晚上吹電扇都冷，睡了個好覺，下午點到的房間，有點悶熱，環境樓下是餐館，有點吵雜，以為房間會很鬧，還好，不吵鬧
