The staff was friendly and nice.
We were part of a large group that had communicated to the resort that we were coming. They had months in advance notice.
When I showed up to the hotel I was told I had a balance for the two rooms. Fortunately I had the itemized receipt and was able to show them what I had paid.
We ordered food and it took well over an hour and a half to get our food. It was absolutely delicious but everyone was upset at how long it was taking. People waited over two hours for food.
The rooms are small. The A/C was not working and they were only to place a fan in the room. There aren’t many outlets so bring an extension cord.
The overall look of the hotel is adorable. The beach was great.

Save yourself time and energy, do not come here. Staff here are pretty shady and wanted to charge me twice. Do not recommend at all.

The place looks nice but there was no bed sheets on the bed just the mattress protector and a spread sheet we couldn’t covered up.
The pool was dirty and they don’t run the pool for a long period of time unfortunately we couldn’t used the pool. No toilet paper in the property bathrooms except the rooms.
