I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. All the staff were very polite. You can get free coffee and cafe latte from the coffee machine. Morning snacks vary depending on the day, but there were small breads, muffins, nutritional bars, jellies, etc. Although it is not a service, if you ask the front desk, they will make your bed for free every day.
