Excepcional, qué gusto encontrar personas con tal dedicación, tanto a lo básico, como a los detalles que marcan la diferencia, muy muy recomendable, experiencia perfecta. Solo un detalle mejorable, la calefacción hace demasiado ruido.

Quel accueil...!! Nous avons rarement été aussi chaleureusement accueillis, quasi dorlotés, dans une ambiance très confortable, presque familiale ... La demeure, authentique, nichée au creux des ruelles d'un autre siècle a été entièrement rénovée par notre hôte et lui ressemble. Personnage sympathique et bienveillant, Maurice est en veille permanente pour répondre, voire anticiper nos moindres besoins : Besoin d'un restaurant ou d'un cordon de recharge?... Maurice intervient... Jusqu'au petit déjeuner où le copieux le dispute au convivial! Vraiment , Merci pour cette excellente étape.

Le top du top. Un accueil absolument remarquable dans le moindre détail. Des informations sur la ville communiquées par l'hôte. Une chambre équivalente à un petit appartement en surface. Le petit déjeuner qui dépasse l'entendement. Des expériences vécues à ce jour, c'est de loin la référence.

superbe maison d hôte dans la vieille ville médiévale de chinon chambre et salle de bain grandioses( baignoire et douche à l italienne) petit déjeuner ou Rabelais n aurait émis aucune critique notre hôte est particulièrement attentionné..tenue des chambres faite chaque jour..plateau de courtoisie a disposition et réapprovisionné tous les jours écran plat et la literie propice à des nuits douces

De gastheer Maurice stelt alles in het werk om jou thuis te voelen in zijn Relais. Zeer warm onthaal. De sfeer die dit huis uitstraalt is werkelijk subliem. Je voelt je zo in een kasteel. Prachtig mooi ingerichte kamers. Ruim ontbijtbuffet aan de grooooote gastentafel creëert een leuke sfeer. Maurice zijn specialiteit: zijn overheerlijke pannenkoekjes (en alle andere zoetigheden).

Unmissable, unbelievable, untouchable.
This is truly a little gem. An amazing, tastefully restored period building. It is also the owners home and it shows in all the fine details and attention. The building is amazing, spiral staircase, old fashioned bell pull and giant key locks. The rooms tastefully in keeping with the half timbered style whilst still managing to host all modern amenities. The breakfast selection was outstanding and uniquely informal. All fresh local produce....mmmmm.
Best of all was the hospitality of the host Maurice.
Oh yeah, dont forget the location, in the middle of a historic town with beautiful bulidings, restaurants, wine cellars, river, castle.... my words don't do it justice I'm afraid.
We'll be back as soon as possible
