Chino Hotels with Gym

I checked in and turned around and a line of people were complaining about no hot water. I turned back around to the clerk and asked for a refund as I di not need a room with no hot water. She informed me that she could do nothing about the wrong she just did me. I would have to wait and get a refund if then at ten am for some reason. I went to the room and the tv did not work there was no heat and the sink was clogged and nasty. I asked for another room but they said sold out and lied and said there would be hot water in the morning. They let me know how much I was appreciated when they laughed at me for complaining about freezing and being dirty in the morning. Avoid this disaster.

It feels like a normal motel, the bed is very high, so strange, why is it so high, the room is clean, the bathroom is small, but it is OK! There are two bottles of free mineral water, just to come to check in, wait for the front desk people for a long time, do not know why?
