The food is very average ., especially considering the high cost ( and even 10 percent service charge ) … The reception staffs are not courteous. ( not only to me , but also to the other people standing in the reception ) The pool is good , but it’s full of insects . Cleanliness-4/5 Location- 4/5 Activities- 4/5 Food -3/5 Staff-3/5

We had an excellent stay at the sterling munnar property . The f&b team was very warm and kind head by Mr. Yogesh ji. They were fantastic at their service . Also the massage we took was great at the property. It was head by Mr. Adarsh who was very helpful and guided us well . Overall an excellent staycation at this property .

We are visting first time to Munnar in Kerala. It was very much excellent experience for us. Sterling Munnar is best place to stay in munnar. Rooms were every much neat and clean and even services was excellent by Soniya and Syamily and Thiruppthi. Also food dept. by Yogesh Sir head of food dept was very much take care of us. I recommend to all should stay in Sterling Munnar when you reach Munnar in Kerala. We had a wonderful & joyful Stay in Sterling Munnar. Thanks to all dept of Sterling Munnar for such a wonderful experience to us.

House keeping staff kept the rooms impeccably clean. They added personal touches with their skilful display at towel art. The use of glass bottles instead of single use plastic bottles is commendable. The front desk and the reception staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. The F&B manager Mr. Yogesh Mehta and his team sprung into action and expertly whipped up Karimeen Pollichathu, a succulent fish enveloped by an array of masala, spices wrapped in banana leaf, distinctive to the region. It was a wonder to witness endless trays of the very popular Manchurian chicken being devoured! Sterling Munnar treated us as special guests and touched our hearts with the grand display of presenting us with gifts of tea, nuts and of course the very personalized complimentary dinner. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.

“i had a wonderful stay at sterling munnar! the scenic views were breathtaking, and the staff was incredibly hospitable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable experience. I especially enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the various amenities available. It was a peaceful retreat amid-st nature, and i would highly recommend sterling munnar for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway. ”

There was a gap between beds, which caused unhealthy sleep, food was just ok and very expensive. They were very causal when we talked about bed.
