Boa um lugar aconchegador, hospitaleiro e com boa recepcao. Aconselho a visitar. Gostei da traquilidade e seguraça. Simplesmente acho melhor que melhorem os cardapios do restaurante para se adequerem ou incluirem mais gastronomia local ou nacional.

Avoid this place at all costs. There is no restaurant at the hotel. There is a restaurant next to the hotel, but it is not part of the hotel. The restaurant is not open on a Sunday, but the staff do not inform guests about this, so you will not get dinner on a Sunday, and are left to your own devices, with no assistance from the hotel staff. Breakfast is average at best. Staff are not trained at all, and there does not appear to be any management at the "hotel". On checking out, I was presented with an amount to pay, but no invoice (required for business purposes). The person checking me out, could not print an invoice, but expected payment. It took over an hour for me to check out, and only when I demanded to see a manager, was he miraculously able to print one for me. My entire stay was unpleasant, and how they have a 3 star grading is beyond me, and the cost of accommodation for what you actually receive at the hotel is laughable. The cupboard in the rooms, only has hanging space, no shelves to put your clothing. The only plus side is that the rooms are big, and clean.

Os quartos são de muito boa qualidade de grandes dimensões, parece uma autentica suite. A limpeza irrepreensível, no quarto, nos corredores na receção, no local dos pequenos almoços, e o pessoal é super simpático. Os pequenos almoços de grande diversidade saborosos e de boa qualidade. 5 estrelas

Tem uns quartos com uma boa qualidade e o atendimento 5 estrelas. As opcoes de refeicoes sao das melhores que pude degustar .. Recomendo esse hotel para todos que vierem a cidade de chimoio nao vao se arrepender de aqui estarem hospedados nesse lugar acochegante

as melhores paredes de trepadeiras ja vistas, o tratamento é um dos melhores, ja estive cá a 10 anos e levava comigo recordaçoes desta bela casa acolhidora, sonho realizado voltar a ver a familia castelo branco, continuarei sempre e sempre a recomendar a esta casa a todos que um dia sonherem e pisar a esta provincia. a gastronomia e muito boa o conforto dos quartos é maravilhoso. o verde que se estende pelas paredes e deslombrante

Lousy internet. Lousy breakfast. Rooms well-designed but not kept up (light bulbs burnt out). Good chef in main restaurant. Hall lighting is poor.
