The room is comfortable, bright and spacious, but the floors are all made of wood. People walking outside the room are very loud. I happen to live next to the stairs and it is difficult to go up and down the stairs.

Where to start... they were an hour and a half late letting me check in. They let it slip that they gave my room away and were trying to get another ready. The room I paid for and didn't receive was a ground floor room so I could bring in some expensive work equipment from my truck. They insisted they only had upper floor rooms left which meant I had to leave these items in my truck. In this neighborhood that doesn't seem like a good idea. Once in my room it was old and a bit sad. It was superficially clean but once looking around it was filled with dirt and hair. The bedside lamp didn't work and I could easily hear an adjacent rooms alarm and music. The air conditioning was super loud and when it switched off there was a loud grinding sound for a while. What a horrible experience. It truly wasn't worth saving the few dollars over the major chains in town.

The lady working the front desk named Pachit was extremely rude and frustrating to deal with. The hotel itself was fine but this lady was horrible to a speak with, very rude and no empathy, just a heads up if you have any issues expect a huge hassle when dealing with the front desk. Please learn basic customer service skills and respect, this isn’t how Canadians treat one another.

The front desk person (lady) that was there was an amazing person. She made us feel comfortable and welcome even with a large group that some would not appreciate. She went above and beyond to make our stay great.
The hotel rooms and surrounding area are clean and well patrolled. Definitely recommend.
