The room is comfortable, bright and spacious, but the floors are all made of wood. People walking outside the room are very loud. I happen to live next to the stairs and it is difficult to go up and down the stairs.

The lady working the front desk named Pachit was extremely rude and frustrating to deal with. The hotel itself was fine but this lady was horrible to a speak with, very rude and no empathy, just a heads up if you have any issues expect a huge hassle when dealing with the front desk. Please learn basic customer service skills and respect, this isn’t how Canadians treat one another.

Overall this is a very clean quiet hotel with friendly front staff. The fold out couch bed would be fine for children, but for an adult don't expect comfort at all. The "mattress" is thin and you'll feel the metal bars of the frame all night long. Breakfast is essentially muffins and yogurt with fruit. The quality is there, but consider it a morning snack rather than a meal. Having a kitchenette in the room makes a difference, the hotel is close to many grocery stores and restaurants.

For an older place the room was decent however the bathroom had a very distinct mildew odour and area around shower door was pretty grungy. The room was also uncomfortably warm which the ac didn’t seem to help.
