Front Desk @ Hotel Excellent Service
We arrived late in the evening to check. Although we used on line booking, the 4-5 star rating is for the actual Hotel. The front desk lady, Juana, was so kind, polite, friendly and professional. She assisted us quickly and answered all our inquiries quickly and was very thorough. She deserves recognition for her customer service approach and skills.

It was not the cleanest place, was comfortable and lots of noise from the roadway.

Older hotel, room basic and bed below average. But some value for the money compared to others. Would have preferred spending 35 buck more for HIE across the street with less noise and much better accommodations. Note to self.
