A little bit old but okayy for a few day stayyy

This was one of 3 places we stayed on our vacation, on the way, at our destination and on our way back. This was a decent place to stay. We didn’t have ice buckets, our reservation included breakfast, however I believe the oven was down and only offered cold breakfast.

This hotel needs to be removed from the Hilton franchise. From the overgrown landscape , trash all around the property, dirty halls, worn out rooms and a truck stop on the property, stay away. The room we stayed in (and only because we had been traveling all day) was dirty, furniture worn out, and soiled bed linens…the saving grace, Walmart is close, we purchased blanket and sheets, stripping off the dirty linens provided. As we tried sleeping to the noise of the rattling AC unit, and the rumbling of the 18-wheelers in the parking lot, morning could not have come quick enough.

The bed was great. The desk clerk was very helpful and personable. The hotel is not well maintained. It was clean but shabby. The breakfast was ok but basic. The room was pretty small. There was no coffee pot with the coffee maker. We had to get help with the TV. Apparently, the wind sometimes knocks things off, and sometimes guests mess with the controls to set up x-boxes and such.

Friendly staff. The hotel was older, but once you past the lobby, the hotel did not seem clean. The rooms snd hallways were musty and stale. My feet felt like they were sticking to the carpet in our room. If it had not been after midnight when we arrived, I would have not stayed there.

This hotel backs up to a truck stop. The truckers were slamming doors until 3:30 am then started leaving at 4:30 am. The room smelled musty and my bathroom had loose tiles which I skipped on and the sink had hair in it. I messaged the front desk on the app for body wash which was missing from the shower and they never answered. I went back to check out when I secured another hotel and the staff were sitting in the guest dining area talking. I waited until one of them came to the desk but was unable to check me out so the manager helped her. They were dressed in Hampton polo shirts untucked and all had slovenly appearance. I would suggest you find another hotel or keep driving to the next city.

The room itself was nice. The bathroom area however was in pretty rough shape. The shower was small, the tile on the floor was loose and most of the grout was loose or missing. The bathroom sink had been broken and roughly epoxied back together. Sink handle was very loose.

Mostly good The front desk staff were helpfully, friendly and respectful. The room could use some maintenance as the caulking and the tiles are coming loose. I requested a late check out for 1pm and standard check out is at noon however the cleaning staff decided to pound on the door at 9:45am like they where police serving a search warrant.
