Property is situated right at the entrance of the city, this acts in 2 ways as positive as you reach without hassle but on the contrary there's no view. Rooms have no/small balcony without view, but are spacious and good. Welcome drink is good property has swimming pool, small water park, rain dance area and recreational area. Drawback swimming pool is not clean at all, recreational area has timezone style games 2-3 are paid, rest is free. Food is good but have limited veg options. We had wonderful stay at honeydewwz exotica. Check-in was quick. Rooms were good. Food was delicious and not very costly like other resorts. Too many activities to keep kids engaged.

The property is good, lots of greenery, and coffee plantation. The facilities are nice and the folks at the restaurant really take care of you. Folks like gagan, wilfred, anil and abhisek are brilliant. The in-room dining in not that good, we never got water when we asked for it before heading to bed. We had to ask again in the morning. The people at spa are just not good enough for this sort of property. They said they were busy a particular day and we could just walk in next day. When we said we could take an appointment they say just walk in next day and when you walk in next day they say they are busy again and do not have time. That was being rude.

Nice locality but it's not a proper professional hotel. They were confused on whether they have to provide a complimentary breakfast or not, which was a part of my package. The room was nice but the bedsheets and blankets were awful, unhygienic and not clean. No tvs and the fan speed control was not working. Complimentary water bottles and toiletries were given only when asked for. The food at the restaurant was good. And they were offering the same room at a cheaper price than mmt.
