Limited rooms spread over acres vast plantation with unhindered views (for most rooms.s check before booking) Only sore point was an over zealous Gardner who had to be requested to stop his work due to the noise his trimming machine was making which he gladly did.So no complaints

This resort has the best view. Rooms are clean. Nice hospitality from everyone especially from their Chef Mr. Mani. He gave me good suggestions on what type food I can try. This property also has a big indoor play area. It is a big property in middle of a coffee estate.

I booked the villa with a plunge pool for three nights to stay with my wife, and our 3 year old daughter. Positives: 1. Location: the resort is easy to locate and the road leading up to it is very good. 2. Ambience: the ambience of the property was serene. It is situated inside a coffee plantation. The place is very calm, peaceful, relaxing and we absolutely loved it. Negatives: 1. Plunge pool is not temperature controlled. It was only mentioned to us after we checked in. Since the climate is cold, the water feels ice cold and it is impossible to get into the pool. We couldn't use it at all and it was a complete waste of money. I would recommend not to book this at all. 2. Pathetic customer service: for every request, you need to call them twice or thrice and wait for more than 30 minutes. Something as simple as sending water bottles would require at least 2 calls and wait time of 30 minutes. When we gave feedback voluntarily while checking out, the hotel staff hardly cared about it. All they said was, sorry we won't repeat again 3. Not kid friendly: we requested the chef personally to help with making two plain dosa for my 3 year old daughter. He just refused to do it. He asked us to wait till the next morning to get dosa. We had requested them to help with cleaning and sterilization of the feed bottles. Every time they returned the bottles with some sort of black stains. 4. Food: the options were limited, no flexibility at all, expensive and the quantity is too much.
