Thank you, Hosteller team, for being such warm and lovely hosts in Chikmagalur. It was a wonderful experience with great service throughout. Despite the power cuts due to bad weather, you did your best to keep things running smoothly, especially the Wi-Fi and power. The events you hosted were also enjoyable. Grateful for the amazing experience.

Absolutely loved my stay at The Hosteller Chikmagalur! It’s tucked away in a peaceful coffee estate, making it the perfect escape to relax and recharge. The property is clean and well-kept, with comfy rooms and chill common areas that are great for socializing or just kicking back. Big shoutout to the amazing staff who made the stay even better. Shyam at the front desk was super helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived—always patient with questions and great at organizing anything we needed. Manager Manu was friendly and approachable, and really made sure everyone felt at home. He’s clearly passionate about creating a good vibe for guests. Also, props to Kaushik from housekeeping—the rooms and bathrooms were spotless every day, and he always greeted us with a smile. The café serves simple vegetarian and egg-based meals, and the bonfire nights were a nice way to meet other travelers. It’s a little remote, so having your own vehicle is useful—but the peaceful setting makes up for that. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Chikmagalur. Great energy, beautiful surroundings, and a team that genuinely cares. Would 100% stay here again!

Everything was just perfect the stay was awesome. The people handling the property were soo good they helped me with everything. I went as a solo traveller but met many people there and we were singing dancing omg this place is soo much fun.

Everything was clean, and the staff were excellent. I appreciated their proactive communication to accommodate my needs before arrival.
Also, this is the only hostel l in India that recognized my travel itinerary that directly understood my travel needs.
Food was wonderful, and Anuj was especially kind, teaching me so much about chikmagalur.
The reception staff were incredibly appealing and the lawn and the outer areas were lush green.
Rooms were mostly kept clean and so was the hygiene washroom.
Great job all around—keep it up!

I find the perfect place for backpack travellers and i got the hostel for very cheap price with a peaceful atmosphere
