Excellent clean hotel, located in a nice area. Next to an Avenue with access to different points in the city
The staff is very friendly and prompt to help with any issue/question you may have.
The rooms are very clean
Wink wink. Book thru Trip.com and will save up to 500 mx pesos
Area of improvement
It would be nice if they provide enough coffee kits for the persons at the room. There were 2 of us in the room and there was coffee only for one person. We ask for one more kit , and were told it would be an extra charge !

Instalaciones viejas, aire acondicioando hace mucho ruido no se podia dormir, casi nos tiran la puerta por que segun ellos estabamos fumando y querian entrar a la fuerza , cuando accedimos a que entraran al cuarto al asomarse se dio cuenta que no estabamos fumando

SIMPLEMENTE ASQUEROSO! Después de manejar tantas horas y buscar por una app de hoteles y ver las fotos tan “espectaculares” de las habitaciones de este hotel. La realidad fue otra! Apenas entras a la habitación y te das cuenta de lo horrible y lejos de la realidad de las fotos que publican. Es una propaganda que no es realidad. Para empezar, la puerta de entrada no cerraba, tiene un espacio que se puede ver adentro de la habitación. El baño estaba tan fuera de categoría que tengo la certeza que cualquier baño público de Oxxo estaba mil veces mejor que de esta habitacion. Para terminar esta excelente noche. Al abrir el edredón de cama. Aparece una mancha de sangre. Tuve que bajar a mi coche, y buscar mis propias sábanas y dormir con ellas. Ojalá me pudieran devolver cada centavo que pagué en esta porquería de hotel. No vale la pena quedarse aquí. Algo para que sepan si viajan con mascotas. Por cada mascota te cobran $800 MXP QUE GROSERÍA! No se como este hotel se puede llamar fiesta inn, pq es una fiesta de rabia y amargura. .
