As soon as you arrive front desk doesn’t really pay attention until you actually make a noise or walk up in front of them. The room was dirty with hair in the bathroom and in the bedsheets. The walls have stains that could be painted or cleaned with soap and water.

Great hotel to stay at. Prime location being connected to a modern, active mall. Lots of great shopping, entertainment, and restaurants there. The hotel room was clean and cleaned out daily. The breakfast here and roof top pool were amazing. The breakfast here was one of the best I’ve experienced. Lots of fresh veggies and fruits. Plus the hot dishes were good too! Really nice place to stay.

El servicio es impecable por parte de recepción, el desayuno aún cuando es pequeño, tiene lo necesario para contemplar todos los gustos requeridos, la joya de la corona para mi es el servicio a cuarto, ya que siempre los muchachos atentos y al pendiente. El salmón y los tacos de asada riquísimo, no le pide nada a los mejores restaurantes de la ciudad especializados en esos platillos. Pocos hoteles mantienen los estándares de hospitalidad como concepto puro hoy en día en la ciudad, este es uno de ellos que aún no pierde la esencia de la hoteleria.

Muy mala atención del personal de recepción, para el ingreso y la salida. No me enviaron la factura de la estancia ya son 3 días en que la solicito con múltiples llamadas y siguen sin enviarla. Muy mala actitud de las personas de recepción. La variedad de alimentos en el hotel es muy limitada y cara. n En ningun Hilton he recibido una mala atención como en este hotel, Que dicho sea de paso no volveré a hospedarme.

La atención de staff (lobby) no es muy buena, no respetaron el que mi tarifa incluía desayuno. La calidad de los alimentos es mala y cara, es muy caro para lo que ofrece. Deben de mejorar el trato con los clientes.

I was offered city view and they give me construction and mountain. The room wasn’t very clean lots of dust and corners and pictures and mirror. Room was comfortable and big. Nice shower bathroom and location was good.
