An unforgettable experience at Holiday Inn Suites Chihuahua. From the very first moment, the service and courtesy from every staff member were simply outstanding. Special recognition goes to the night support staff, whose kindness and attentiveness far exceeded all expectations. I must also commend the waiter who attended the breakfast service — he truly took hospitality to another level with impeccable, attentive, and warm service that made the morning even more enjoyable. Breakfast itself was another major highlight — incredibly delicious, plentiful, and the perfect way to start the day energized and in good spirits. The amenities were equally impressive: having both an indoor and outdoor pool was a fantastic bonus that elevated the experience even further. Without a doubt, this hotel delivers far more than you would expect — a true hidden gem in Chihuahua. I originally stayed here because I was in town for a flag football (tocho) tournament and couldn’t reserve my usual hotel. Thanks to this wonderful experience, I became an IHG member, hoping that future stays will be just as memorable. My sincere congratulations to the entire team!
